Images from the Plumeri Award ceremony, held at the William & Mary Alumni House Friday afternoon May 12, 2023. The 2023 cohorts of recipients (Dawn Edmiston, Tess Ellis, Marjorie Friedrichs, Heartley Huber, Betsy Konefal, Molly Swetnam-Burland, Andrew Wargo, and Douglas Young) were on hand with family, friends, and colleagues for the program and reception in their honor. After a welcome from Rector Charles Poston, remarks were give by President Katherine A. Rowe, Provost Peggy Agouris, Christopher Del Negro, 2014 and 2020 Plumeri Award recipient, Zoha Siddiqui ’23, advisee of 2023 Plumeri Award recipient Betsy Konefal, and Molly Swetnam-Burland, 2023 Plumeri Award recipient before benefactor Joe Plumeri ’66 DPS ’11 gave the keynote.
