Description
William & Mary hosted its first Black Alumni Reunion over the weekend of May 6-8, 2022, bringing back to campus alumni spanning the five decades since Blacks were first allowed to live in residence while attending the university. The programming ranged from open houses to social get togethers and included serious, brutally honest conversations as to what it is like to be Black at William & Mary as well as the dedication of Hearth, William & Mary’s Memorial to the Enslaved.
