    William & Mary celebrated the 330th anniversary of the Royal Chartering of the College on Friday afternoon, February 10, 2023. This year’s edition saw honorary degrees awarded to Bobbie Ukrop ’61 and US Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield. Additionally, the university recognized the start of the 300th anniversary of the Brafferton Indian School. Delegations from area tribes were in attendance and portions of the W&M charter were read by current Indigenous students. The ceremony took place Friday afternoon, February 11, 2011 in William & Mary Hall. (Skip Rowland ’83)
